Overview
This course is delivered as 2 full days of task-based train-the-trainer workshop sessions. This course will be targeted toward Force Application Administrators. Telcordia will generally provide this training to the customer¿s Information Technology (IT) staff following the successful installation of the Force software into a production environment. Telcordia will use the software deployed in this production environment to provide hands-on experience for the Application Administrators. This course requires a minimum of twelve (12) students.
