Granite Inventory XML Gateway
Course Code: NG-GI-26
Length: 2 days
Delivery Mode: Instructor-led
Additional Information: Client-site sessions are available.
Overview
The Granite Inventory XML Gateway Module collects data directly from telecommunication network elements and processes it for residence in the Granite Inventory database. It is a series of data processing steps, each of which employs a component to run business rules that can be fully customized and configured. These business rules are implemented with adapters and processors that make an external, legacy data set consistent with the XML enforced in the Granite Inventory XML data schema and ultimately, the database. Through Instructor-led training with hands-on activities, delegates will be taught to understand what the XML Gateway product is, how it works and how to administer its day-to-day operations. Course Aim To give the delegates a comfort level in using the XML Gateway Module to collect data directly from network elements and process it into the Granite Inventory Application.
