Overview

In extensive, hands-on practice sessions, you learn how to establish a routing hierarchy to guide the utilization of facilities. Focusing on the creation of carrier inventories, the F1 and GOC modules collect and assign spare units of facility and equipment to create a hierarchical structure of derived facilities. F1 scans, data validations, and the interrelationships among F1 and other systems in the Telcordia TIRKS System are covered.

Who Can Benefit

Users of the TIRKS System carrier database and non-supervisory inventory maintenance personnel. Carrier design personnel, F1 module administrators, reference database coordinators, project team members and TIRKS System conversion personnel can also benefit.

Prerequisites

Attendance in the Telcordia TIRKS System Overview (T-OVERW) course or equivalent work experience is recommended.
