Our Number Translation Services application set provides a comprehensive set of call management features including Freephone, Premium Rate, and Universal Access Number services. Built by Telcordia to use the converged services execution environment of the Telcordia® Converged Application Server, it is designed to operate transparently across different networks and technologies such as fixed, mobile and VOIP.

FreePhone - Translates a dialed Free Phone number to routable directory number.

Premium Rate - Translates a dialed Premium Rate number to routable directory number.

Universal Access Number – Translates a dialed Universal Access number to routable directory number.

All our number translation services offer:

• Customized Call Routing features, such as:
  • Time-Dependent Routing (Time of day/Day of week/Day of Year) with special dates
  • Geographic-Depending Routing based on calling party number/location
  • Percent Allocation
  • Alternate routing or announcements on busy, no answer, or route failure
  • Overflow logic with sequential hunting.
• Customized Call Screening features, such as:
  • Black, White, Grey lists
  • Configurable handling of special calls (from payphones, no calling number.)

  • Menu routing based on selection the caller makes from an IVR menu
