Telcordia Provides Seamless Number Portability Connectivity
for TOT Public Company Limited in Thailand

PISCATAWAY, NJ - February 14, 2011 - Telcordia (www.telcordia.com), a global leader in the development of mobile, fixed and broadband communications software and services, today announced that TOT Public Company Limited, a Thai state-owned telecommunications company has selected the Telcordia® Number Portability Gateway solution to provide mobile users with the choice and convenience of keeping their mobile number when switching service providers.
The win continues Telcordia's momentum in the Asian number portability market as evidence by the more than 500M mobile subscribers supported by Telcordia's solutions in the Asian region alone. As part of the implementation, Telcordia will be working with IBM, who will be providing support services for the project.

Telcordia has also recently announced it has been selected by Clearing House for Number Portability Co., Ltd., a consortium of the five mobile operators in Thailand, to provide both mobile number portability services and a number lookup service. Telcordia also provided Clearing House with a resolution system that receives telephone number requests and returns call routing instructions. The resolution system will support protocols including SOAP and ENUM, making Telcordia the first provider of core network ENUM services in Thailand.
Telcordia Number Portability Gateway is part of its number portability product suite, providing a single, operator-based control point for mobile and fixed line operators. It helps operators manage the complex interfaces, message processing, and transaction data associated with number portability requirements. Telcordia Number Portability Gateway also enables flowthrough provisioning for number porting requests and simplifies the update of portability data to network systems across subscriber segments.
