Telcordia Integrated Inventory and Telcordia® Real-Time Charging were each awarded a Global Telecoms Business (GTB) 2008 Innovation award. GTB, the journal of reference for telecommunications, honored innovative projects involving telecoms operators and service providers globally, in association with vendors and suppliers. Telcordia was recognized for its work with two customers who integrated the Telcordia fulfillment and service delivery solutions.
ATIS 2008 Annual Award Winners
Four Telcordia employees were honored by ATIS, an organization that develops standards and creates solutions that support the rollout of new products and services in the communications marketplace. Dawn Kaplan was honored with the 2008 ATIS Award for Leadership in Standards Development, which recognizes a forum or committee leader whose vision and leadership over the past 12 months resulted in the creation of ATIS Standards. Ron Roman, Adam Wertheimer and Ray Singh were recipients of the 2008 ATIS Outstanding Contributions Award.
The International Engineering Consortium (IEC) and Convergence World magazine selected the Telcordia® Real-Time Charging solution as the winner of their 2008 Convergence World Award in the best OSS/BSS Product or Service category. The Convergence World awards are endorsed by the FMCA and the Wi-Fi Alliance and recognize the innovations and achievements of companies who drive the convergence of fixed and mobile communications, broadcasting, and entertainment forward.
OSS Observer Ranks Telcordia #1 in Service Fulfillment
For the third consecutive year, OSS Observer, a leading market research firm that analyzes telecommunications software, ranked Telcordia as #1 in Service Fulfillment. Their report, titled Service Fulfillment Market Review, provides an in-depth analysis of the market shares of leading vendors in the Inventory Management, Order Management, Activation and Engineering Tools marketplaces. One of the report's key findings is that "Telcordia is a leader in every service fulfillment segment." The Telcordia Fulfillment Suite helps CSPs achieve superior business performance across their complex supply chains.
2008 Billing & OSS World Excellence Awards
Telcordia was awarded Billing & OSS World magazine and Billing & OSS World Conference & Expo's 2008 Excellence Awards for the Telcordia Service Management Suite in the Best Service Assurance category and the Telcordia Fulfillment Suite in the Best Service Fulfillment Solution category. The awards are presented to market leaders in the development and deployment of billing and OSS technologies and solutions. Both suites help communications service providers generate additional revenue, maximize customer loyalty and differentiate offerings.
CRM Magazine 2008 Rising Star
CRM Magazine has named Telcordia a Rising Star in its fifth annual Service Awards, recognizing Telcordia as a vendor that delivers a high level of service that enables its clients to do the same. CRM praised the company as a veteran of the telecom wars that is "still armed for battle" and likened it to a "comet that has swung around and is on a return trajectory." IDC senior research analyst Shira Levine said, "Telcordia is coming back with new products, expanding into [mobile virtual network operators], and looking internationally."
Internet Telephony 2007 Product of the Year Award
Technology Marketing Corporation's (TMC®) Internet Telephony has selected Telcordia® Real-Time Charging 3.0 as a recipient of its 2007 Product of the Year Award. "Telcordia has proven that they are committed to quality and excellence while addressing real needs in the marketplace." said Rich Tehrani, TMC President and Editor-in-Chief of Internet Telephony magazine. The award is presented to companies which in their view demonstrate the vision, leadership and attention to detail that are the hallmarks of the prestigious Product of the Year award. Real-Time Charging, a flexible online charging and policy control solution, was recognized as an Outstanding Online Charging Innovation.
Frost & Sullivan 2007 Award for Product Innovation
Telcordia was awarded the 2007 Frost & Sullivan Award for Product Innovation for its Integrated Inventory solution, a powerful combination of the market leading Telcordia® Granite Inventory and Telcordia® Network Engineer, that helps operators make rapid and far reaching business decisions on how to use their network to deliver new services.
Telcordia was also awarded for its Service Management Suite, which includes Telcordia® Service Director and Telcordia® Device Director. Our service management suite products bring together and analyze disparate network and operational data to help operators maximize their customers' service experience.
The Broadband World Forum Europe 2007 Technical Program Committee has selected the Telcordia Integrated Inventory solution, which includes Telcordia® Granite Inventory and Telcordia® Network Engineer, as the winner of the International Engineering Consortium (IEC) 2008 Infovision Award. The selection was based on Telcordia's value of service, overall quality of innovation and contribution to technology advancement. The award also recognizes Telcordia's originality and vision, contribution towards positive industry growth and service, market success and contribution to end-user quality-of-experience and service efficiency.
INTERNET TELEPHONY 2007 Excellence Award
Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC) has named the Telcordia Service Interconnection Community program as the recipient of the 2007 INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Award. The award is presented by TMC's INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine and recognizes Telcordia's efforts to provide operators with the opportunity to employ pre-integrated routing administration capabilities in their networks using the Telcordia® Service Interconnection Registry.
IDC Ranks Telcordia Number One in Service Fulfillment
In its recent report, Worldwide Telecom Fulfillment 2007-2011 Forecast and Analysis, IDC, a leading analyst firm, ranked Telcordia first in Global Service Fulfillment. The Telcordia Fulfillment Suite includes Telcordia® Granite Inventory, for provisioning, discovery and activation, and Telcordia® Expediter for order management. It has more than 70 customer deployments and is deployed in Tier 1, wireline, wireless and cable operators worldwide.
Frost & Sullivan Stratecast 2006 Global Customer Service Assurance Market Leader Award
Stratecast (a division of Frost & Sullivan), a leading independent analyst firm, has recognized Telcordia for the breadth and depth of its Service Management suite. The award recognizes a company's vision to enter an emerging market, overcome business and technological obstacles, place products with leading CSPs, and provide outstanding support for its products and customers, thereby achieving the highest level of revenue.
TMC Communications Solutions 2006 Product of the Year Award
Technology Marketing Corporation's (TMC) Communications Solutions magazine has named Telcordia's Fulfillment Suite as a recipient of a 2006 Product of the Year Award. "The winning companies have demonstrated a commitment to quality and the further development of the communications industry through their products or services," stated Patrick Barnard, TMCnet assignment editor and head of the judging committee.
First annual IMS Leadership Award
IMS Magazine has selected Telcordia® Real-Time Charging as a recipient of the first Annual IMS Leadership Award, in recognition of Telcordia's market leadership and outstanding ability to allow operators to charge for the next generation of real time multimedia services. IMS Magazine is published by TMC, one of the world's foremost online publishing companies of magazines and websites covering communications technology, including VoIP, CRM, and contact centers.
Frost & Sullivan 2006 European Company of the Year
Telcordia was named Frost & Sullivan's 2006 European Company of the Year, having demonstrated an outstanding ability to innovate, deliver, and influence the growth of the European market and for being the most aggressive vendor for IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) solutions in the European telecommunication market.
OSS Observer Ranks Telcordia #1 in Fulfillment, Inventory and Order Management
Telcordia was deemed the clear market leader in Inventory, Network Resource Management and Service Fulfillment, according to a 2006 report from OSS Observer, one of the leading market research firms analyzing the telecom software market. The OSS Observer Report, titled Market Share: Global OSS Supplier Market Leadership in 19 Segments, provides detailed market share data on segments across the OSS and BSS marketplace.
Frost & Sullivan 2006 Award for Product Innovation
Telcordia was awarded the 2006 Frost & Sullivan Award for Product Innovation for contributions to VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) interoperability product development and innovation with the advent of Telcordia® VoIP Routing Registry, now called IP Service Interconnection, a component of the Telcordia® Service Interconnection Registry.
Proxy Magazine's 2006 "Top 10 OSS Companies."
Telcordia was listed in the February 2006 issue of Proxy Magazine as one of its "Top 10 OSS Companies." Proxy recognizes Telcordia's "excellent set of OSS software services" and the fact that "virtually all of the toll-free traffic and wireless number portability is handled in one way or another through Telcordia technology."
NJ Technology Council Hall of Fame
Telcordia was inducted into the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) 2006 Hall of Fame. The NJTC Hall of Fame recognizes and celebrates New Jersey technology companies and their leaders for business accomplishments in technological innovation.
Northrop Grumman 2006 Supplier Excellence Award
Telcordia has been recognized as one of the top 2006 suppliers of mission-critical software and services by Northrop Grumman Corporation, the global defense company headquartered in Los Angeles, CA.
Communications Solutions Magazine's 2005 Product of the Year Award
Technology Marketing Corporation selected the Telcordia® VoIP Routing Registry, now called IP Service Interconnection, a component of the Telcordia® Service Interconnection Registry, as a winner of the Communications Solutions magazine Product of the Year Award for 2005.
